Prescription drugs are often used as part of the care of my patients. Because people are different, it is always wise to know about the medications you are prescribed. OFFICE POLICY

We WILL NOT fill prescriptions after hours or on weekends. If you have a refill request, please call Stephanie at 615.695.7729. Make sure you leave your name, date of birth, phone number, pharmacy with pharmacy phone number and the drug you would like refilled. We will attempt to honor your request by the end of the next business day.

By federal law, we cannot refill PERCOCET, MEPERGAN, DILAUDID, OXYCODONE, and DURAGESIC over the phone.
